To start I have still not received an apology for the poor way I was treated when your pool looked like a sewer, second to that the soap dispensers in the mens room, 2 were empty this morning and one is completely missing, when I looked for the manager he was not in his office, other wise I could have brought all this up with him, one of the lockers had tissue paper shoved in the back of it, don't you people clean the place?

The reason for my complaint, a whole lot of very professional signs (printed A4 pages) have been put up all around informing members of the gym that they are to make use of the outer 2 lanes of the pool only, the rest of the pool is reserved for coaching.

That was not mentioned in my contract.
I wish I had stuck with your opposition.
