Are you trying to grow a new bacteria in your pool

I went to the gym two weeks ago, the pool water was disgusting, I went again this morning, still in the same shape, is this the new sewerage depot?
Apart from that, you people are renting out facilities I pay for, as a paying member of your gym it is not acceptable that I do not have the opportunity to use the facilities offered to me when I signed my contract.

Your gym's bathrooms are also not up to standard, why do 4 of the showers in the change room have no soap or the soap dispenser is not working.
This is not acceptable guys, if you can't keep up with your competition rather refund your customers and let them move over!
