Horrid Gym Experience

I have been complaining for well over a year regarding the conditions at the gym. Poor equipment maintenance, no standards on the floor (no towels, incorrect footwear), bad or non existent maintenance in locker room, steam room continually inoperative, lack of customer support by the staff! What you sign up for is in total contradiction to what you receive.
