Virgin Active Not Cancelling Membership

I have never used the gym, my ex roommate my details and signed the contact without telling me, i only found out about it 6months later.

Then i called the call center and tried to cancel it, but they said i can't. I have never received a statement from virgin active, I don't even know which branch is it. So i reported to the police station and also stopped the debt order. Afterwards, i kept receiving phone calls and sms, so i reported the whole thing and faxed the affidavit over and over, 4years later, today, i still got the sms of how much i own them.

Why won't they stop bugging me about this issue that I thought was resolved. I'm worried that this will affect my credit rating and my job prospects.
