Debit Order still going through after Cancellation

I have cancelled and paid the cancellation penalty before 15th of June 2013 (at the Wanderers Club because Craighall Park was renovating). My debit orders are still going through at the end of June, July and August (Today). Luckily I am able to reverse the payments but I cannot do this for every month, and I am NOT in arrears because I don't owe Planet Fitness for services that I have cancelled. I am even getting a penalty fee deducted from my account. If this leads to me being blacklisted and have legal implications because of your failure in administrative processing, I am willing to take this further. If you allow customers to cancel the contracts you should have the ability to process it, especially with a cancellation fee paid!
