I would like to use a few minutes of my precious time to let the world and employers know that there is a great admin manager at planet fitness fourways.
Thumbs up for Jerome for his commitment and perseverance towards satisfying heartbroken planet fitness clients. I fell into arrears unaware, handed over to debt collectors whose consultant Keneilwe was so perfect due to the fact that i was very aggressive when she first told me about the so called arrears.
After paying my debt 29 July it took the head office almost a month to clear my name. I have been to the gym once or twice every week trying to sort out the problem and that is when i noticed the superb attitude from Jerome towards clients. This guy was working under pressure i could see but he never down-looked me like what i believe the head office was doing.
If we have people like Jerome working for planet fitness head office i believe one day planet fitness will be complain free because service will be provided as it is needed.
Thanks a million Jerome now my problem was solved because of your effort.
