So pathetic... dont know if I should laugh or cry

This bunch is acting on behalf of ABSA and accused me of owing monies to ABSA.

I requested proof and such and received it after the first long wait. they could only supply me with an old contract. contract was dated back to 2005 or so. So because I didnt have any such record on either any of the 3 major credit bureau's and my records within last 5 years i requested further answers and so on.

looooong wait again... so I have to keep following up for obvious reasons. when i do they give me answers on what i didnt ask for and they act all confused. so now im having to deal with incompetency on top of the frustration of having to wait and wait and wait and... so on.

now i keep a hawk eye on all my active accounts and credit profiles and i know that im not in the wrong... but its just the point... they all very quick to say i owe money but when one asks for answers... they take forever!!!

So pathetic...
