Contract Query

I changed gyms as one year had expired, so I noticed that these guys had been debiting my account, I called them and they tell me I should pay R3000 to have my gym contract cancelled, I ask why they tell me it's a 3 year contract so I tell them the sales person who stand at the entrance of Maponya Mall said its 12 months n that they would send me a copy in 7 days during the cooling off period, which I never received n where have u heard of a 3year gym contract, so they tell me I have to pay that and when I ask for my contract they tell me I signed so I should have it. I'm going to put a stop order on it. I have since joined Virgin Active where I get points as I'm on Vitality discovery, which they said I get because they have that option and no points for a year that I was on them. They are pathetic n disgusting and think people are illiterates
