Since April I have been in contact with PF and was talking to Marlize. She never came back on anything that we queried and never returned calls. We use to pay per debit order and I asked her to remove the debit order we will pay cash. I also told her we are not continuing the black tag. I asked for assistance and to date I still do not have that. I called again in June wanted to know what is going on with the billing. As I suddenly owed a lot of money which is in correct. She then told me they have moved over to new systems and they do not even understand it yet. I am still to date being charged for the black tag which was suppose to be expired and stopped in April. When I called last week I requested again to speak to Marlize and I was told she work the afternoon shift. I then requested to speak to her boss who was Mike. I explained to mike my situation and the issues and he just told me that he need to find out what his staff says about this. I asked him that does he not believe me and he said he need to hear Marlize side. In the meanwhile they handed me over and the collection place also just ums. No wonder there is so many PF complaints., no response from PF since I spoke t mik
