Misselling of Gym benefits Discovery Vitality

Complained about misselling of gym membership subscription to Discovery Vitality members by sales person. Asked for cancellation of contract as the material terms were not explained properly by sales representative. Sales Manager slammed phone in my ear in the middle of discussion regarding issue resulting in subsequent billing of my account because I 'signed' the contract and therefore must pay even though I no longer want teh contract as it was misrepresented to my family by sales represented. Planet Fitness is standing on the fact that I signed the contract but will not attend to misselling activity that resulted in signing of contract. Sales Manager slammed phone in my ear while I was trying to resolve the matter with the gym. So much for customer service. Matter has been reported to the National Consumer Commission for cancellation of bogus gym contract.
