Zone Fitnes, Wynberg - Poor condition of Equipment

As a frequent user of the Zone Fitness Gym in Wynberg I have to complain about the state of the fitness equipment. I have spoken to many gym members and all are of the opinion that the condition of the equipment is absolutely shocking. A lot of equipment is broken and unusable, some for weeks and others for months. Sometimes it gets repaired only to break again a few days later. A lot of equipment is not repaired properly. I have complained to the franchise management a few times but the standards simply are not improving. I just cannot accept more empty promises. I find this absolutely unacceptable as a fee paying member. I am simply not getting the service that I am paying for.

The standards simply have to improve otherwise I will be seeking legal counsel on this issue. I will not hesitate to elevate this matter until it is sorted out for myself and all other affected members. I am not ruling out taken this matter to the press. I wish to know how I will be compensated for the poor service rendered?

I feel that this complaint is not unreasonable and is not malicious in its attempt. I would just like to enjoy my gym experience and receive the service that I pay for.
