What a waste of waking up early

Friday 19th 5:15 am Spin class.
Instructor - Mafera

If you have a group of people that make the effort to wake up around 4 am to be at your spin class the least you can do is make an effort. This guy Mafera was terrible. Boring Boring Boring. Firstly, he speaks as if he hasn't woke up yet. Then he calls for intervals of 5-6 minutes at a time. "Downhill for 6 minutes" and then all dead until 6 minutes go by.

If you want to attract people to your gym please make an effort and have the top instructors teaching the popular early morning.

I'll be carefully checking for this guy in the schedule and next time will be visiting one of the other Virgin Actives instead
