I skipped a monthly payment; I got a call from Virgin Active, I told the agent I would call her back to arrange payment. On Saturday I went to gym and was denied access.

I called in and spoke to Natasha, after we could not resolve the issue as she promised to escalate the issue to her Team-leader/Manager.

I haven't gotten any feedback since then.

My problem is since Virgin Active is collecting payments from me for other months, why then are you blocking me from using the gym?

Are you going to give me back the days I was not able access the facilities after I make the payment that was skipped?

This is not the first time I missed a payment (not proud of it, but it's life) and no one blocked my access. I then arranged with you to double debit my account, so a little bit of consistency would be appreciated.

You block me from exercising then stop debiting my account please.
