Fantastic customer service

I am a regular member at the Virgin Active in Bedfordview and have been for the past 6 years and before I say what I wish, let me make it clear that I have never experienced any sort of poor service from anyone there. But today, one person stood out amongst the rest..

I arrived at the gym at 6am, the gym was crazy busy so as one might've guessed it was hard to come by the equipment I wanted. The only treadmill that wasn't being used, unfortunately, wasn't working but it had no 'out of order' sign.By the time I'd made my way to the other side of the cardio floor, completely unaware that I'd been noticed, Matshepo came to me and apologized and told me she was getting a sign for that treadmill immediately and offered to do a workout with me instead.. This wasn't the first time I'd seen this bright, bubbly face wanting to help anyone she can, even if you didn't ask for her assistance. The one thing that set her apart was her absolute passion for her job and the members, as if it were her very own gym that she'd put all her heart and soul into!

I hope she gets to see this and I hope she knows that people like her never go unnoticed! THANK YOU!
