Debiting a cancled account

This consultant has been debiting my account when I have canceled it with him and i didn't even start using this planet fitness subscribtion since FEBRUARY! I canceled because I thought I would move for long.
to make matters worse, i am on discovery vitality and should have a discount price but I have R443 (I stand to be corrected) every single month. I don't even have an access tag for this place for crying out loud.

I call him every second day and makes petty excuses doesn't return my calls takes details to ask "accounts to call me yet he never gets back, every month end its the same "sorry will get back to you with that and sorted"
im sick and tired because my sister had a similar incident last year with the same branch and the same consultant.

I just want my money back ALL my money back.
