I was recently informed that I will no longer have an income anymore. Therefore I now have to make certain budget cuts in order to survive. I contacted Virgin Active via their website & email. I had a call back but this lady told me that I have to pay a cancellation fee of R600 but I need to phone some number to arrange. Firstly, she never gave me the number as I asked her to send it to me. Second, if i cannot afford an installment of R300 how must i afford to pay a cancellation fee of R600??? After the call I emailed and tried to contact the contact centre but have had no response. I need this cancellation done immediately.
Virgin active are very accommodating when you want to sign up but as soon as they have your money, your become invisible.
