Lack of response from Call Centre Superviso

On the 25th of June 2013 I made a payment to pay up my membership in advance for the next 6 months. In spite of this, VA still deducted a payment from my bank account on the 1st of July. I queried this with the call centre but after sending proof via email, there was no response. I then spoke to the call centre supervisor who promised to phone me with feedback before 6pm last night. I'm still waiting! I've been waiting for 9 minutes in the queue now to try and get through to someone again, this is so pathetic.
