Hi, I requested my contract to be cancelled in March, I did so in writing. I received a cancellation amount from Rozanne Burr which I paid. I sent proof of this payment to her. She confirmed it is cancelled. However my bank account is being debited by increasingly insane amounts. 3 debit orders went off this month alone - over 800 rand. I don't know what to do anymore. I have a new born baby and a wife on unpaid maternity leave, I can not afford these debits. Please, I beg of you to rectify this soonest. Please contact me on a way forward as I cannot go to the branch since it is closed down.
