Machines always full

I joined the gym on february and they told me that my first debit will go on the end of march including card fee, they debited and I had no problem wit it! The problem is that whenever you go to the gym the machines are always full, especially the tredmill, when u go 2 spinning classes u dnt hv a bike, aerobics room are always full you cnt even have space to move, no lockers available! Honestly I don't see a reason why I should have a membership for a service that I'm deprived to have! I went to the gym for almost a week and couldn't do anything because I always have to wait 4 someone to get off the tredmill! What kind of service is that whereas you pay? I honestly don't need it cause they can't cater for me! M not not gona pay, ikll only pay for the amount for months I've been a member, which is three months! I'm tired of such bad service. The gym itself limits us, why do they keep taking members knowing they don't have sufficient products to cater for them? I even went there to pay them cash, there was no one @ the reception!
