Hygiene Issues - No Soap

After numerous complaints to the front desk assistant (Siyabonga) we still find ourselves without soap in the bathrooms some mornings. We started taking the empty soap holders to the front desk everytime they are empty. This is a very basic hygiene standard not being met by the Witbank branch.

This morning it happened again. NO SOAP. Mr. Siyabonga claimed to have exhausted all options available to him to resolve the issue.

I would like a plan of action and proper feedback on this urgent hygiene issue at the Witbank branch.
