Aircon/equipment faulty

For the last 6 months the aircon has permanently been out of order or being repaired but for some reason its never actually working. For a town that has temperatures up to 40'c its extremely unsafe and hazardous for people to even gym in a place that hot with no cooling. Not to mention the state of the equipment. Cables sleeving damaged. equipment rusted, damaged etc. This does not make for a good working out environment not withstanding the injuries that can occur.

Nothing seems to ever be replaced.

Not good enough. Gym fees are more then enough to expect good environment
