MONEY WRONGLY DEBITED

My monthly subscription fee is R99.00 for certain reasons, R350.00 was deducted off my account with no permission and was told this was a mistake and MY money would be put back into my account 16 working days later which is pathetic. This date would have been the 22nd of May (16 working days later after this occurred).

Since this has happened is suddenly have received no statement!
It is now the 3rd June!!! No money, no person to contact or resolve!
THIS IS!

I will take serious measures regarding this. I will also cancel my contract as well as family member's that gym at this planet fitness. And NO CANCELLATION fee will be paid.
