Poor service

I am a member at your Platinium branch and your consultants professed great service but this is jot the case. My son is 9 years and I registered him on my name with a consultant by the name of Merlin about 12 weeks ago. Due to his age he was not allowed to be a member at Platinum so we chose Wanderers has he has a personal trainer there. However, 12 weeks later they still have not had him loaded on the system and I am constantly being told to run about between Platinium and Wanderers branch and we are being treated like criminals has we have to explain ourselves each time for access. Surely this is a breach on your side. I even went back in last week and another consultant by the name of Sebastian tried to help but to no avail! It is about time you employ competent staff based on ability and nothing else. Can someone please assist.
