Went to sign up at the gym, and was told if you don't come to the gym more than three times a week. Your membership will be cancelled. Then went on holiday and assumed that my membership was cancelled. Then i received a letter through the post, that I owe them R1600 when i wasn't even using their services. Then i get a call from a lady asking why I haven't been going to the gym then i told her it was cancelled. Then she said I need to pay R700 then R470 THEN it will be officially cancelled. And i was not told that there was a cancellation fee. Then they still have the nerve to call me today asking if i want to sign up again. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THEIR SERVICE, WITH THAT MY NAME IS BAD DUE TO FALSE INFORMATION ADVISED BY THE SALES CONSULTANT!!
