NO MAINTENANCE. EQUIPMENT IN TERRIBLE CONDITION

After numerous complaints and promises re. the resolving of issues, no change has happened. Attitude of management and franchise reps towards complaints are non-responding. The gym is in a hectic state 110% of the time. You can't see the floor! People are allowed to train with sandals, people are allowed to train without sweat towels. People are allowed to not replace their weights after use (including the personal trainers). Maintenance is up to. Only 2 Olympic bars (semi-functioning). Weekends the place looks terrible. How can the sales consultants be proud of the place they try to sell if it looks like a pig sty? Doors in ladies' changehouse without handles. Steamroom and toilets stink. Pathetic, and we pay shitloads of money to gym there.
