Ad attitude

Last night the staff was shouting at each other while i was training. it caused me to lose my concentration and i accidentally drop the weight, then staff started yelling at me because of this. They were rude and aragent, i have never seen staff this unprofessional in my entire life, they need to treat there clients with respect, instead of assisting the clients they have this attitude to treat the clients like the of the earth, they need a attitude adjustment
