HORRIFIC SERVICE RECEIVED AND WITH AN ATTITUDE

Firstly this is not the first time I received bad service from this branch but today was just the PITTS!!! I applied for a foschini account with Carmelita who handed my application to Charne who said that she will send it through immediately and that there is a backlog but i will get an answer today. I waited 2 hours in the store and then enquired about it. Only to find out that the application was never sent and that they cant find the applictaion (that means my personal details was laying around somewhere for all to see). The consultant who assisted me then was Fatima with an attitude. Eventually they found my application and i said they should cancel it and she said no problem i will. I also told her that she doesnt need to have an attitude. Carmelita told her i was going to complain not knowing that my aunt can hear her, she said folded arms " So let her, Im not worried nothing will happen to me". From what it seems nothing happens in that store when staff have no way of dealing with clients. I am in the service industry and i will never treat a client like that. If this is the way your staff treat clients I will go where i get service & make sure everyone knows about it.
