Disgusted with service, watch under guarentee

Took watch in which wasa gift from daughter which was never worn or used as wasn't working when I received it. Was still under guarentee. Showed assistant it was totally brand new scartch free unused and still in package and she agreed. I said in advance I refuse to pay for any repair. They took the watch in. I had to call to find out if it was ready, they repaired watch and trying to chare me for water damage ect!!! Bull! No managers get back to me. I never excepted and quotes. And theirs NO WAY on earth the watch had water damage. Was never worn! The use other parts from other watches and lie! I'm still waiting for reslove and they still have my watch and I'm still trying to run afer them.
