PAMPERS DOESN'T UPHOLD ITS SLOGAN AT ALL

I bought Pampers from a reputatble chainstore but it explodes releasing the gel that s inside the nappies. My son is 11 months and is using the number 4 in the Pampers range. He is changed.regularly so there's no over-absorbtion or over-loading of the nappy. I contacted Pampers and they said they will send someone to collet thenappies, this was about 2-3 weeks ago. Until now nobody has pitched up. I asked the lady that I spoke to to Please call me before the courierr is sent out so I can make sure I'm home because I'm a working mom, but haven't received a call either yet. I'm disgusted with the product and the service. It looks like too many corners are being cut in the manufacturing process and this is impacting on the quality standards. I have pictures of how the nappy comes apart as I was embarrassed when it happened very publicly at a family wedding.
