Security falsely accused my dauhter of

My kids & I was in Checkers Riverside Boulevard. A security guard came to me & said my child is a cause she opened & ate half of a chocolate & left it in the aisle. I said to him its not possible, I know my daughter (8) & she will never do this, she was with me the whole time. He shouted at her & said hes going to arrest her. I went to the manager, he said he will talk to the security guards boss. When I asked the guard did he actually see her open the chocolate, he said no but he saw us when we walked passed the chocolates. I later phoned the manager to ask him if the store have cameras cause I'm going to see a lawyer & he said they dont have cameras & I can do nothing to checkers because the guard doesn't work for checkers. He had a attitude after i told him I'm not going to leave this. I feel my daughter was victimised in the store & no one did anything about it. My daughter is in a state & cant stop crying & she keep telling me mommy I promise I didn't do it. She's not even in school today because she is to scared to leave her room. I'm seeing my lawyer today & I'm going to our local newspaper. Everyone must see how checkers treat their customers
