Checkers & Checkers Hypers
Shocking behaviour!!!

My reason for writing this complaint is that I want to make people aware of the treatment and behaviour of the security staff at Checkers Hyper. I was in the centre yesterday at about 16:50 and on my way out I came across a scene that was so shocking I could not believe what I was seeing. A lady came out of Checkers and she was shortly followed by the security guard of the store where they proceeded to have a few words and the lady gave him her packet and wanted to leave and as attempted to leave the security guard grabbed her on her arm and tried to pull her back to the store. Well I was so shocked and horrified that in this day and age security guards go to such length where they use force. As a regular shopper at Checkers Hyper in Westgate this has put doubt in my mind to even ever put my foot back in that store to shop there again. The principal of the matter is that I am not concerned at what the lady done the fact is way in which she was treated by the security, irrespective of what you have done there is a manner in which these cases should be dealt with. I wrote this complaint to make people aware of the security company that Checkers uses is one of force. Shame on YOU
