On the 14th of December 2013, I went to hifi corp and informed them that my tv was I gave them my affidavit and case number, they did assist me with the necessary steps to claim but my problem is that it took 10days to get someone to be assigned to my case I only got a reference number sent to me on the 24 of dec and until today no one has come to investigate (according to there procedure before a claim can be resolved) in the meantime they are busy debiting my account and not providing me with the service I am paying for. I have called the insurance company countless times & no one picks up, I have called hifi and they also cannot seem to get hold of their own insurance people. Molefi at hifi Clearwater was the last person I spoke to on 27th, and also confirmed that he could not get hold of them. Never again will I insure anything through hifi corp
