LG have not corrected their false comment of my TV

What liars these LG guys are. The degree of dishonesty that with senior LG staff members who commented on my TV issue is shocking. LG claim in their last Hellopeter statement that they sent me a 'Brand New' TV as a replacement of the new TV I had bought. FACT: LG have never sent me a replacement TV as they claim. When they were asked to produce proof of this replacement - they could not provide proof. LG eventually succumbed to pressure from the best store ever, Hifi Corp, after being unable to proof that they replaced my TV with a new one and I was eventually allowed to return the defective LG LED 3D TV to Hifi Corp for a full refund. For the last 25 years I bought only Goldstar & LG. I will never buy an LG product again. Thanks Hifi Corp- you are the best!
