Bad services becomes excellent service

I admit - I was not the easiest customer. In fact I vowed never to buy from their store again. But after meeting both Regan and Mervyn at Hifi Corp Woodmead, I've completely changed my mind. These two men went completely out of their way to assist me. They gave me the best deal and personally delivered my order. Fair enough, it wasn't a great start but they certainly rectfified their mistakes and made sure I was more than happy with the outcome. I am delighted to say the next time I or anyone else that I know wants to know where I bought my new TV and heater, I'll be referring them straight to Hifi Corp Woodmead. Well done gents, you certainly know about SERVICE!
