Making a bad situation brilliant

Thank you so much to Freedolin who went the extra mile for me today! I travelled all the way from Soweto to Midrand to collect a printer cartridge. While I was there I experienced terrible service from the tall guy with the "bokkie" beard and to top it all off, when I got back to the office the card for the cartridge was missing. When I called Freedolin he was so helpful and friendly that it made up for the unfriendliness and inefficiency of the other staff and not only that... he sent a driver to deliver my cartridge card to me! Freedolin went above and beyond the call of duty and coped very well with me screaming at him on the other end of the phone. Thank you Freedolin! If only all of the staff had your attitude!
