Lakeside Mall: Pathetic Shop!

Either, they do not have the cartridges I need (relatively late model Epson printer), promise that the cartridges are there on a certain date (they never are) or like today, I told the staff which cartridge I need, he asked me for the cartridge number, how would me know? I walked out and probably will never walk into that store again. Either, your margins are fantastic or you really do not care! Fine with me, there are other stores!
