Pick 'n Pay
Poor service

I went to Pick n Pay yesterday as I received their pamphlet during the week, I saw promotion of items being reduced. I did not have the pamphlet with me and I asked one of the ladies to assist me she referred me to the front than I approached a guy by the name of Jan he was working with the scale. I explained to him that I require his assistance as I am not sure whether what I saw in the pamphlet is what is still on the counter he said he will get someone to assist as he was working alone by the scale. Eventually he decided to go with me to verify and I could not believe he could not assist me with the items on promotion even the other staff could not, I was told the staff working within that department has knocked off and they have no idea what am I referring to. The worse part he concluded by saying bring the pamphlet from home cause it could be running by a different store. How can Pick n Pay run promotions and the staff does not know about it?
