Customer Service - Whats that???

I went to purchase Preg Omega Plus & noticed it was on special for R199.00. In the isle I asked the shop assistant, when is the special until and she said she had no idea. I then went to the Customer Service Desk and explained that the product was on special and I wanted to know until when the special ran for. I asked if she had a pamphlet. The lady behind the counter tells me I must look in there specials pamphlet. I ask her if I can have one or direct me to where it was. She states at security. I go to security, get the pamphlet and the Preg Omega is only noted not the Preg Omega Plus. I take the pamphlet back to the customer service desk and explain this to the lady who seemed to be preoccupied. She first asks me if i checked the whole pamphlet then is looking all confused again and her next response was 'the ladies working by the vitamins will know this'. I completely lost it and asked her if i am now suppose to go back to the isle and this is when she only seemed to want to help. My biggest concern is that there were 4 people there and none took the time to assist. Please look at the video footage. I can't believe the lack of service from a 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' desk
