Difficult to return unwanted item

I purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses from them. They arrived later than advertised and were not what I wanted. I contacted their customer service department who issed me with an RMA (Returns Material Authorisation). All good so far except that I had to send them back registered mail to their warehouse in HONG KONG! The cost was more than half the price of the sunglasses and their terms and conditions state that they have to receive them back within 14 days. After considering the unreliable service offered by the Post Office and the high cost of returning them I decided to keep them.

Also be aware that mine arrived with an invoice that stated the value of the item was R 28.38 and that the item was a gift. Both are false statements and I wonder what SARS or Customs will do if they find out about this method of circumventing import duties and VAT.
