I bought a logik tumble dryer and the belt snapped on Sunday night, first thing Monday i call Game Somerset Mall. They advice me that I need to fax through the extended warranty which I did.

Monday afternoon I call again and they say the lady dealing with the extended warranty is not in.

Tuesday Morning I call and I speak to the manager Gerrie who apparently does the request to Logik! I told him the problem (that the belt snapped) and that our address has changed. He calls me back to tell me the request was done and reads out my old address (I JUST TOLD HIM WE HAD MOVE)

So Wednesday morning comes and I call and speak to the lady who handles the extended warranty, she informs me that no request was made & that the fax I sent through cannot be found. Wednesday at 5:30 she calls me back to tell me they cannot process the request under my name which I replied to her that if she looks on the system she will see the details and on fax i sent

Thursday they tell me they sending someone out.
This morning I get a call from Logik to say they sending someone out to EVALUATE dryer, NO ONE informed them the belt was broken. So now they need to order the belt first! HOW MUCH LONGER DO I WAIT
