DISGHUSTING SERVICE FROM DEVIN!!!

On 02/07/2012 My sister and i purchased a 50 Inch Logik TV at GAME in Cresta. We bought the TV cash. On the evening of 10/02/2013 whilst watching the Afcon game the TV just switched off and never went on again.. On Monday morning my sister called Game and was told to come to the shop as she advised that we cannot find the slip. Later that afternoon she went and was told that since she did not have the slip they will try and trace it on the system as we had used the card to pay. On Tuesday she went back and was told that DEVIN (unfortunately didnt get his surname) will be handling her query.. He called once and said he will call us back and never again. EVER SINCE THEN WHEN WE CALL, ITS EITHER HE IS ON LUNCH, LEFT EARLY OR NOT IN AND SOMETIMES YOU CAN EVEN HEAR HIM TELLING THE PERSON ON THE PHONE TO SAY HE IS NOT THERE. If he is a manager or whatever he is, how DARE he treats a customer like that. its not like we owe anything as we always buy things cash. The TV obviously is under warranty and we believe that he is giving us the run around hoping that the warranty will expire before he can help us... Am sooo disappointed as we always had such a great relationship with GAME!!!
