Super friendly and helpfuly Store manager!

Last week when shopping at my local Pick n Pay (Lonehill) I alerted them to the fact that their advertised price for chicken pieces was not what their packets were marked at. I mentioned it to one of the butchery staff, but a gent who was standing close by (I only found out later it was the store manager) responded immediately. He came with me to check the packs and admitted that it was their mistake, he apologised and said he would rectify it immediately. And then insisted I take one packet for free as an apology. I asked the cashiers who he was and their response "That's our store manager, Khaya, he's nice hey?! " How refreshing that hes not only great to the customers but to his staff as well. Well done Pnp Lonehill - I hope the other stores follow in your footsteps!
