Good Day,

I have ordered 2 items from takealot. The one item was in-stock and the other was specified between 3 to 5 working days. You set yourself an expectation for a maximum of 5 days. At the end of the 5 Day you wont even get an email to notify if you. The items was for my son which i promised to fix his PC.

Summary, be very careful if items are not in stock or has a 3~5 working days service level. It should read..cross your fingers for the 5 days.

Thanks for the huge disappointment in your service and your copy and paste responses. I wonder how long the refund gonna take now.
