Edgars takes the prize being the most useless agai

It's been a month now since I have given my FICA documents to them and still my card is not working. So Edgards, you can wait for your money as well until you decide to wake up and come to the party. Never in my life have I experienced such bad service as I have received form their customer call centre as well as all their branches. One word for that company: USELESS!!! And everytime you query something, they promise to have it sorted ot in 48 hours. It's now more that 15x 48 hours later... really?!
