Useless fica, useless edcon

I am terribly disapointed with the edcon and edgars group with this new fica updates. I have litteraly fica'd 5 times and on the systems it says i have, as i have a dual card and the main member isnt in the visanity. I have spent numurous hours trying to get my card to work. Just last week i stood in line for an hour where after they told me i have to wait 24 hours for it to get fixed and that i can transactact. I then bought some items on a manual trasaction, and when i wanted to return one of the garments yesterday, i was told YET AGAIN i need to fica and on the system it said cannot do transaction. This is extremely frustrating, and since this new fica system has come into place i have never ever been so annoyed with poor surface and uneducated customer services. They tell me its going to be sorted out but nothing changes. I have been struggeling like this for the past 2 months and i am not please. If this doesnt get sorted out within days i will not hessitate to spread the word of dissapointment and not refer any new customers. Utterly annoying and so inconvenient for such a large chain group one would expect better service and help.
