Incompetent and Unprofesional Staff!!!

Good Day,

My Brother (Tebatso Serage) works for @Home in fourways mall, to his surprise he was expecting to be paid on the 29th of March like everybody else and guess what? He has not being paid to date. The Area Manager by the name of Michell was informed ASAP and till today she only managed to Authorise the paper work yesterday being the 24th of April, All along the store manager has been communicating between the HR and Michelle and she kept on insisting that she had signed the paper work and HR kept on responding to say the paper work had not being signed by Michelle. Then my brother gets offered R200 yesterday to keep him going till month end because that's when they will be able to pay him. Lets keep in my mind that the poor boy has been going to work regardless of the situation, because he is scared to loose his job. Now I have been the one responsible for his bills, his accommodation, food and transport money for the month. Then I call Michelle to find out what the story is because honestly this is totally unacceptable for such a big reputable company to be treating their staff like they are running their own tuck shop in their backyards.
