9 weeks no answer!!!

I applied for a extended home loan 9 weeks ago. After calling several times after 7 weeks got a response through the branch manager just to find out that our paper work never got submitted. Got a call this morning that now they need more paper work because the ones that I submitted 9 week ago is now out of date!!!
