Bad service and 2 weeks yeah right!!!

First of all I bought my nintendo wii at the store after two weeks when I tried to transfer photos from my sd card to my wii I found out the sd card reader is broken. So I returned it and they said repair will take 2 weeks. Two weeks past I went into the store to find out about the progress. Nothing was done as expected. So I asked for my money back since they can't fix it. Cashier named Pat was so rude and the manager was to coward and stayed in the office. She started mumbling something in her own language. I got my money back but the experience with cash crusaders I won't be purchasing anything there any time soon.
