Bad Service 2 x 39" Full HD TV's

Four weeks ago on the 8th of July 2013, we bought 2 flat screen t.vs. 39 inches at Cash Crusaders Eersteriver. They told us It was new t.vs. but we only had the t.vs. for 4 days when the one just shut down and wouldn't go back on and the other one's remote wouldn't work on it. We took it back to the shop, where
the manager Colin told us it would take at least 2 weeks to fix. Its now 4weeks we've been waiting.
without even a phone call to notify us whats going on, they left us in the dark. I, ARUSHAAD THOMAS
have been at the shop several times where the manager has giving me all sorts of excuses blaming the guys that must pick up the t.vs. even the repair men got the blame, but its CASH CRUSADERS poor service delivery. I spoke to Melissa a girl in charge while the the managers are on leave, she was of no help, she gave me the cell no. of Colin to rather speak to him while the man's on leave. Colin told me it would take another week for the one t.v. and another week for the other one. They refused to put their statements in writing for us to have proof of what they said. We are still waiting for a answer or the TV's.
