Rude delivery guy

I have a order scheduled for delivery after 6pm today. The driver called and asked if its possible if he could make it any time earlier. I informed him that unfortunately I only get home at 6pm after work and there's not way for me to get off from work earlier. After this the guy asked if its ok if he delivers it tomorrow where I calmly told him its fine I dont mind waiting another day but when he asked about the time and I told him after 6pm he became rude and used terms such as " " etc because I couldn't accommodate different hours.

Can someone please look into this as I do expects a certain level of professionalism when dealing with employees of Game. I had such a good experience in the Store itself for it to be spoiled by a delivery guy afterwards.

I do have the cellphone number of the guy but unfortunately I could not get a name before he hung up the phone.
